Add purple wes app

Summary

Add a new Datadog App workspace for Sarah's App Wed, Aug 19, 4:08:19 pm that displays the requested purple wes text.

Changes

• Added apps/sarah-s-app-wed-aug-19-4-08-19-pm with the standard Vite/React Datadog App structure.
• Set the Datadog app identifier in vite.config.ts to ea295346-7259-41b4-bef4-bd3e57a659e0.
• Rendered a centered wes heading in purple styling.
• Regenerated package-lock.json so the new workspace and workspace links are represented.

Testing/Validation

• npm install --package-lock-only --ignore-scripts
• npm ci --ignore-scripts
• Verified package-lock.json contains the new app package and node_modules/sarah-s-app-wed-aug-19-4-08-19-pm workspace link.
• npm run typecheck -w apps/sarah-s-app-wed-aug-19-4-08-19-pm
• npm run build -w apps/sarah-s-app-wed-aug-19-4-08-19-pm
• npm run lint -w apps/sarah-s-app-wed-aug-19-4-08-19-pm
• Browser checked http://localhost:5173/ renders wes with computed color rgb(124, 58, 237).
