🎯 Amaç
GitHub API'den veri çeken zamanlanmış iş akışının (Update DevSec Status Data) yoğun saatlerde ikincil hız limitine (Secondary Rate Limit - 403) takılıp başarısız olmasını engellemek amacıyla akıllı geri çekilme ve yeniden deneme mekanizması kazandırılması; aynı zamanda GitHub Dependabot tarafından talep edilen
dompurifyvevitebağımlılıklarının pnpm standartlarında güncellenerek uyumsuz PR'ların çözüme kavuşturulması amaçlanmıştır.🔨 Yapılanlar
fetchWithRetryyardımcı fonksiyonu eklenerek GitHub API'den geçici403 Secondary Rate Limitveya bağlantı hatası alındığında anında işlemi düşürmek yerine,retry-afterbaşlığı (veya varsayılan 45 saniyelik geri çekilme) süresince beklenip isteğin bir kez daha denenmesi sağlanmıştır.dompurifysürümü^3.2.7,vitesürümü^6.4.5olarak güncellenmiş vepnpm-lock.yamlkilit dosyası pnpm v10 ile uyumlu şekilde yenilenmiştir. Bu PR birleştirildiğinde Dependabot'un açtığı PR chore(deps): bump dompurify from 3.4.16 to 3.4.17 #28 ve PR chore(deps-dev): bump vite from 6.4.3 to 6.4.4 #29 otomatik olarak kapanacaktır.📝 Notlar
