Brings the enterprise datasets doc in line with the cloud version: linked (URL) datasets, restored Benefits/Format/Automation sections, Hugging Face mention, and standardized imperative action headings. Drive by comments. I think the description of the sample sheets could be clearer. I also think sample sheets should be two words. Commonly written as samplesheet as it's commonly a parameter or filename, simplified without the sapce.
