supabase_migrations.schema_migrations이 저장소 파일과 어긋나 있는 것을 확인했다 —db push/migration list가 이미 적용된 마이그레이션을 "미적용" 으로 보고 재적용을 시도하는 상태.처음엔
facility-resync-remindercron 과trg_facilities_frozen_addr_alert가 저장소에 없다고 판단해 소급 마이그레이션을 만들었으나, 그건 로컬 main 이 #198(09-07 머지) 을 못 받은 상태에서 본 오판이었다. 두 객체는20260907090000_facility_resync_reminder_and_frozen_watch.sql로 이미 저장소에 있다. 그 중복 마이그레이션은 이 PR 에서 걷어냈고, 운영에서도 그 임시 버전 이력을 지우고 원래 버전으로 바로잡았다.무엇
