Brandon has left Sei, and his sei-protocol/bdchatham-designs repository is no longer something the team maintains or can reliably reach. The sei-spec agent README still listed two design paths in it under Lineage.

This drops the design link and describes the earlier thin-layer decision without its path. make check passes locally.

The Spec Kit agent design bullet is removed entirely. The thin-layer SDD decision is still called out in prose, but without the designs/sei-agentic-mesh/sdd-thin-layer.md path. PLT-872 and the note that /design and /workstream thin-layer work is unchanged stay as-is.
