Key highlights: enhanced error handling & access rights, IPv6 support, revamped Sedjs & Uploader 3.0, jQuery removed, new plugins (Spoiler, Tabber), XtemplateSE with expressions, dynamic robots.txt, SEF URLs, CKEditor 4.22.1, PHP 8.3 compatibility + tons of fixes.

1. Enhanced sed_die and sed_die_message functions. Ability to create separate tpl-files for errors: 404.message.tpl, 403.message.tpl, etc.
2. Improvements in admin panel access rights management.
3. Enhanced extra fields generation functions.
4. Video insertion from PFS into CKEditor.
5. Ajax interface + autocomplete for menu manager.
6. Plug SMTP Sender 3.0 with numerous bug fixes.
7. Spoiler plugin for CKEditor.
8. New XtemplateSE with support for logical/arithmetic expressions and loops.
9. Tabber tabs plugin for CKEditor.
10. IPv6 support added to core and plugins. Fixed ipsearch plugin.
11. Complete modernization and restructuring of Sedjs.
12. Uploader 3.0 plugin rewritten in native JS and tied to Sedjs.
13. Database table structure changes. InnoDB and utf8mb4 now default.
14. jQuery fully removed from admin panel and default skin. All functionality rewritten in native JS.
15. New functions sed_add_javascript(), sed_add_css() for easy CSS/JS inclusion in plugins/modules.
16. Updated Syntaxhighlight plugin (supports both 2.x and 3.x branches).
17. "Allowed image resolutions" option in PFS configuration (e.g., 800x600).

20. Modified sed_url() function. SEF URLs for forums.
21. Implemented link generation function sed_link() and attribute function sed_attr().
22. New functions: sed_button(), sed_datetimebox(), sed_filebox(), sed_numberbox(), sed_rangebox().
23. Optimized list.inc.php: unified filtering/sorting with SEO-friendly URLs.
24. Improved extrafields functionality.
25. Fixed page count errors in categories, security issues, and page structure display bugs.
26. Removed numerous deprecated functions and legacy code.
27. Fixed menu manager bugs. New "target" option for menu positions.
28. Modified sed_check_xp(), added sed_check_csrf(). CSRF protection for Ajax.
29. CKEditor updated to version 4.22.1.
30. Fixed errors for stable operation on PHP 8.1–8.3.
