Note: Can move the CSV to Git-LFS if preferred, but based on the existing number of big gojson files in the repo I thought it might make just as much sense in git. Lmk what you think! |

Added a branch in filter_out_extraneous.r to exclude parcels which aren't likely to be developed (schools, hospitals, parks, government offices, etc). This could be provided by the user (ideally should be parameterized if we refactor main.r) but will be no-op if the file isn't present- so to disable this, just delete the file!
