feat: source links

[flying-sheep]

Replaces rtd_github_links and what we had here for the theme

• configures sphinx.ext.linkcode
• derives version and so on from RTD
• configures source buttons for each theme (and is therefore usable independently of our theme)
  • now uses an extension setting instead of a theme option
• forge-agnostic (supports GitLab and stuff)
