docs: claudish-to-English pass across the tutorials

A prose-only pass scrubbing AI-tells from every tutorial under docs/tutorials/, per the house style. No code, analysis, output, or plot changes: only markdown cells were edited, and the notebooks were not re-executed.

The dominant tell was em/en-dashes, replaced with plain hyphens, commas, parentheses, colons, or "and"/"but" as each sentence called for. A few line-start dashes and paired-dash appositives were reworked into clean sentences or parentheticals. Technical terms (mad_robustize, "robust" statistics, citations, cross-references) were preserved exactly.

Verified: docs:build (sphinx -W, nitpicky) exits 0, and every changed file's code cells and outputs are byte-identical to main.
