Completes the S3 staging migration: hosts all 11 remaining datasets and their variants as pre-built
.h5adobjects onscverse-exampledata, and flips their loaders to fetch a single object rather thanreassembling from raw inputs on every call.
What changed
scallops_arv471,cp_posh,jump_crispr,jump_cells,jump_target2,jump_lite, and therest) now
read()the hosted h5ad; the raw raw->cell assembly moved into_assemble_*helpers so thedrift check can rebuild the hosted base from raw inputs.
scripts/check_staged_drift.py --include-heavycovers every hosted object; all match.cp_poshandscallops_arv471point at the_assemble_*helper (the fetch-flippedloaders no longer run the raw assembly), keeping every assertion unchanged.
Verification
check_staged_drift.py --include-heavyexits 0; every base sha256 unchanged.Merge after #168.
