Color and spacing improvements for GUI UI

Description

• Align the command buttons so the right edge of the Plural button lines up with the input field.
• Update the active command button color:
  • Light mode: slightly darker than Scribe Blue.
  • Dark mode: slightly lighter than Scribe Blue.
• Update the execute button to match the active command color.
• Replace the "Enter" text on the execute button with a right-facing play icon.
