feat(i18n): maintenance, statistics & profile (3.6) - #78

Final i18n surface: the maintenance flow (catalog, add/edit, follow modal, info card), statistics and profile, plus all their dialogs. The legal/help long-form text stays in Spanish on purpose (owner-provided draft content, not UI chrome). Also clear localStorage before each frontend test (setup-vitest) so the persisted language from one test file cannot leak into another.
