feat(avatar): badge counts, tabs unread recipe, local portraits - #39

Unread counts belong on the existing avatar badge, and tabs show the same pattern by composing Badge. Docs portraits now use local photos instead of pravatar. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
