Overview
Updates the auto-generated CLI README for sanity datasets export to match the command’s current flags and help text.

Documents the new --no-strict-asset-verification option (exports continue when asset hash or content-length checks fail instead of aborting), adds it to the USAGE line and FLAGS list, and includes an example command. Remaining edits are flag list formatting alignment in the same section.
