Application of Threads and Multi-Threads on Matrix Multiplication

Testing the application:
1- Run the main in the MatriceTest class
2- The consol will ask you to give the number of rows and colums of the Matrix A and Matrix B
4- The app will assign a random integer Matrix's values between 0 and 10
5- The app will run the single-thread calculation and show the result
6- The app will run the multi-thread calculation and show the result

2- La console vous demandera de donner le nombre de lignes et de colonnes de la matrice A et de la matrice B
4- L'application va attribuer les valeurs d'une matrice entière aléatoire entre 0 et 10
5- L'application exécutera le calcul sur un seul thread et affichera le résultat
6- L'application exécutera le calcul multi-thread et affichera le résultat
