Updates bundled Codex from 0.159.0 to 0.159.2 and prepares Wirebot 0.3.7.
The existing model picker automatically exposes GPT-6.1 Sol, now the upstream
default for unconfigured sessions. Explicit model choices remain respected.
The update also includes upstream Windows background-console fixes.

Reviewed both intervening stable releases, 0.159.1 and
0.159.2, and their source changes. Regeneration produced 734 byte-identical TypeScript bindings; no RPC
methods, request/response types, approval contracts or streaming notifications
changed. Experimental additionalContext and dynamicTools checks passed.
The PR changes only the Codex pin, protocol manifest version, package patch
version and changelog. No additional Wirebot feature integration is needed.

Validation:

• Frozen install, TypeScript, Biome, 32 tests (220 expectations), compilation,
  binary version/help and git diff --check passed; bun.lock is unchanged.
• Isolated real app-server smoke passed: initialization, config/account/model
  and feature discovery, dynamic tools, persistent thread archive/unarchive,
  restart/resume, history pagination and targeted MCP discovery.
• Verified GPT-6.1 Sol is the upstream default with low reasoning effort, and
  an explicitly selected GPT-6 Sol remains selected. Instant interruption
  remains disabled by default.
• GitHub CI run 36693924818
  passed verify and Docker image build/smoke at commit
  6828cc32dcb5e7d0240b538a794540bde6bd4033. Greptile completed with no
  actionable issue. Docker is unavailable locally; Windows behavior was
  reviewed upstream but not executed locally. No live credentials, connector
