Updates bundled Codex from 0.157.0 to 0.159.0 and prepares Wirebot 0.3.6. This is
a patch release containing the version pin, regenerated app-server bindings,
package version and changelog; no new Wirebot feature or default is added.
Reviewed all intervening stable releases (0.157.1, 0.158.0 and 0.159.0), protocol
changes, history/resume behavior, approval handling and runtime flags. No RPC
method was removed. Removed plugin extension metadata has no Wirebot consumer;
new plan/error variants and optional history/MCP parameters remain compatible.

the upstream defaults. No live connector credentials or production state were
used for validation.
