docs(integration): move capo guide under Integration > Others - #147

Relocate the capo (Python) guide from developer/examples/ to a new developer/integration/others/ category, in all five locales, so the Examples folder stays out of the sidebar as before and SDK material lives under Integration. - add others/ category (meta.json + index.md) in all five locales - register 'others' in integration/meta.json and the integration index category list - drop the capo entry from developer/examples/meta.json - update all cross-links: boto3 pages and the Python SDK guide now point to ../integration/others/capo.md; capo's links to boto3, the SDK overview, and access keys adjusted for the new depth
