Summary

• Remove the remaining client.blueprints.createFromInspection entry from MCP method discovery metadata.
• Remove the stale /v1/blueprints/create_from_inspection method mapping from the MCP server method list.

Root Cause

The Stainless-generated TypeScript SDK update has now landed on next and removed the generated createFromInspection API/types/docs/tests plus repo_connection_id. The remaining stale references were in hand-maintained MCP metadata files that are not regenerated by Stainless.
