Inventory Interaction Highlight

Adds customizable item overlays for inventory slots during hover, active click press, item selection ("Use"), and shift-drop states.

Key Features:

• Hover Overlays: Custom borders and fills (Item Silhouette, Corner Brackets, Box).
• Tactile Click Feedback: Insets highlight 1px and boosts brightness during mouse press down.
• Selection Flash: Rhythmic game-tick synchronized 300ms flash when an item is selected ("Use").
• Dynamic Shift-Drop: Automatically changes highlight color to red when default left-click action is "Drop".
• Drag & Fast Swipe Suppression: Prevents adjacent item flashing during fast mouse dragging.
• Zero-GC Guava Sprite Caching: Caches silhouettes to eliminate per-frame BufferedImage memory allocations.
