Shared SP1 wire protocol crate for firmware and desktop.

What this repo does

• Defines SP1 domain types (commands, frames, error codes).
• Encodes and decodes framed binary messages.
• Validates CRC-16 checksums.
• Provides streaming codec behavior used by adapters.

Source layout

• src/: protocol types and codec concerns, split by file
• src/*.rs: command, frame, error, gain, rate, status, and CRC definitions
• src/codec.rs: encoder/decoder implementation
• tests: integration and property tests

This crate is no_std friendly and intended to be shared across targets.
