This is the final version containing various sampling techniques such as prior sampling, rejection sampling, likelihood weighting and enumeration ask methods for the alarm bayes net.
The implementations are from Russell and Norvig's Artificial Intelligence, 3rd edition textbook. I may have hardcoded few things for my convienence.
