Adds a workflow that builds the native packages and installs them on Debian 13, Fedora 43 and Arch, then runs a smoke test that exercises the tray.
docs/linux-desktop-testing.mddescribes the acceptance steps, andscripts/linux-distro-lab.shandscripts/linux-desktop-smoke.pydo the work.This is the first time the .rpm and Arch builders and the three-distro install have actually run, so failures are likely and I have not seen any of it pass. If a distro job fails I will post the log here rather than merge around it.
