[routeplane-ops]

Summary

• Prepare synchronized patch version 0.5.4 for @routeplane/sdk, @routeplane/cli, and @routeplane/mcp-server.
• Change only the three package version declarations from 0.5.3 to 0.5.4. This prepares the release containing the SDK/CLI feedback wire-contract fix in fix(feedback): align SDK and CLI with legacy wire contract #25; it does not add an MCP feedback fix.
• No lockfile change is needed: workspace:* SDK dependencies remain link:../sdk. CLI_VERSION already reads the CLI package metadata. Root private-package version, changelog, dependencies, and workflows are unchanged.

Validation

• Verified the diff contains only the three version changes.
• Cached Node/TypeScript evaluation confirms CLI_VERSION resolves to 0.5.4.
• Metadata invariants and git diff --check pass. Full build/test/lint remain CI gates.

Release boundary

No version tag, release, workflow dispatch, or npm publication is included. Publication remains a separate authorized step after review, required CI, and protected merge. The existing tag workflow verifies all three versions and publishes the three package tarballs.
