Multi-strategy DeFi asset management interface backed by Pantera Capital. Architected a unified frontend supporting 3 vault types (Managed, Permissionless, Portfolio) across EVM and CairoVM chains, with a deposit/withdrawal abstraction layer that enables seamless multi-asset flows.

On-chain leverage trading interface on Sei Network (project in wind-down; core trading UI no longer publicly accessible). Built real-time price feeds, position lifecycle management, dynamic margin health visualization, and gamified reward campaigns to drive user retention.

• Teahouse Point System — Gamified loyalty system with a cross-chain wallet abstraction layer supporting EVM and Cairo VM simultaneously.

• Teahouse Official Site — CMS-driven static site (Next.js static export + Spline 3D).

• HighTable NFT Landing — Organized Figma specs, then delivered a pixel-perfect implementation.

Internal cycle management tool for Teahouse Finance's strategy operations team. Owned the full pipeline from user research and UX redesign through production delivery — significantly reducing operator error and improving daily usability.

AI-powered Request for Quotation collaboration platform for international trade teams. Built with React + TypeScript + Vite, backed by a hybrid Supabase / custom backend architecture. Currently in closed beta.

  Refined AI-generated component drafts into production-ready interfaces across the RFQ generation flow, inline editing, AI chat, and credit monitoring

  Incrementally migrated Supabase Edge Function mocks to a live backend API (file storage, folder navigation, RFQ CRUD, project management) with zero UX regression
• DX & Tooling Setup
  Configured Husky + lint-staged, bootstrapped a 4-language i18n system (500+ keys, TypeScript-enforced), and set up Claude Code configuration for both engineers and a non-engineer PM to iterate using AI tooling
• Analytics Integration
  Wired up GTM, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity for event tracking and session recording; used primarily for debugging user-reported issues and tracing unexpected UI behavior

Open-source React Native date picker with 60+ GitHub stars and hundreds of weekly downloads. Actively maintained with community issue resolution and feature development.

Cross-platform travel budgeting app with ~400 monthly active users. Features currency conversion, shopping cart, and expense tracking. Recently launched a Pro plan as monetization. Collaborated closely with a UI/UX designer on user flow optimization.

Redesigned a legacy HTML site using Vite + React for Taiwan's astronomy research community. Built a CMS (React + Flask + PostgreSQL) that reduced content update time from ~10 minutes to 30 seconds. Currently offline for maintenance by subsequent maintainers; source and design on GitHub / Behance.

Contributed page layout design and built the static frontend from design specs. Architected a config-driven content structure so the non-technical owner can update all portfolio content by editing a single TypeScript config file.
