Adds superpowers/** to the Docusaurus exclusion list with a clarifying comment to prevent internal working notes from appearing in the published website. All checks pass. Ready for human review.

Summary
We have a file in the rossoctl/rossoctl docs/superpowers directory that doesn't have front matter declaring it as
draft. This caused the website to have a category for superpowers.This PR excludes all docs/superpowers from consideration when building the website.
