docs: move .github repo from Experimental to Core - #106

The .github repo hosts the project website and documentation (rossoctl.dev), which is production-facing rather than experimental. Move it into the Core section alongside rossoctl, operator, cortex, and examples. Closes #2292 Signed-off-by: Mariusz Sabath <mrsabath@gmail.com>
