The Medium publication was renamed from kagenti-the-agentic-platform to rossoctl-the-agentic-platform. Updates all site references (navbar Blog link, resources + welcome copy, and the historical post URLs in ecosystem/content.md) to the new slug. Article titles are left verbatim as published. Rebased onto main after #104 (YouTube link) merged. Part of #1972. Closes rossoctl/rossoctl#2283. Signed-off-by: Mariusz Sabath <mrsabath@gmail.com>
