PyTorch 2.14 was released today, and it showed up in our ROOT CI images tonight. If fixed a warning that our tutorials explicitly expected, failing loudly when they don't happen anymore so that we're reminded to remove boilerplate code for warning silencing. Effectively a revert of 18a30fa.
