announcement(HTML + texte) : but de l'appli, boutons « Activer mon compte » (Mot de passe oublié) et « Me connecter », mini-tuto en 4 points (planning, créneau libre, échange, messagerie).AnnouncementService: envoi unique aux comptes actifs ; essai à une adresse ; mémoire des comptes servis (storage/announcement-sent.txt, identifiants seulement), donc aucun doublon à la relance et réessai des seuls échecs.bin/send-announcement.php: simulation par défaut,--test=adresse,--send.Refacto (colonne Refacto lue)
OOP/SRP : service, mémoire et bilan séparés. KISS : analyse des options simplifiée. YAGNI : fichier plutôt qu'une migration. Factory/Strategy : pas de second cas d'usage.
Vérifications
phpunit complet (2369) et Psalm taint verts. Rien n'est envoyé par la PR : l'envoi réel se lance à la main après déploiement.
