deploy.sh: nouvelle étape « Droits des fichiers du serveur » avant la bascule :shared/etbackups/en 700, fichiers en 600,well-knownen 755, puis contrôle (échec du déploiement si un fichier deshared/reste accessible au groupe ou aux autres) ; avertit d'une copieconfig.local.php.bak*oubliée.FileLogger: dossier en 0700, fichier en 0600 ; documents stockés en 0600.Refacto
