- Add a command-line interface that encodes positional args or, when none are given, reads from stdin (so it composes in pipelines). - Replace per-character arithmetic with a precomputed str.translate table — clearer and faster, same behavior. - Keep ROT13's self-inverse property; document usage in the module docstring.
