The Android APK distributed on 2026-09-11 was built from a branch that predated #129, so it still rejected every 防府工場 (
DAH4…) slip QR (#132). This bumps the version so the rebuilt APK, built from master with the #129 rules, shows up as an update for the S3 page and the Firebaseoperatorsgroup.Verified locally:
verify-release-hardening.shpasses and the DEX contains[A-Z0-9]{4}[0-9]{6}/[A-Z0-9]{9}[A-Z0-9 ]and no longer[A-Z]{4}[0-9]{6}/[A-Z0-9]{10}.Closes #132
