Summary

• What changed: Bump VersionPrefix, AssemblyVersion, and FileVersion to 1.0.1, move the Unreleased changelog entries into a [1.0.1] - 2026-09-07 section, and update the CI candidate version and the release workflow default to 1.0.1.
• Why it changed: Ship the taskbar observer change from Replace the taskbar observer UI Automation subscription with Win32 shell signals #106 (no UI Automation event subscription, so browsers stop enabling accessibility mode because of QuickPods) as a stable patch release.
• User or maintainer impact: Release mechanics only; no runtime behavior change beyond what Replace the taskbar observer UI Automation subscription with Win32 shell signals #106 already merged.
