Summary

  • preserve the owner-accepted IcomTouchNeedleMeter as component version 0.1
  • keep its profile-normalized, caller-formatted state contract and known/unknown/unsupported/irrelevant behavior
  • retain the measured source analysis, accepted 640x240 render, aligned comparison, and scoped design QA
  • extend the repository-local design-a-face reconstruction guidance and validation used for this real-panel trial

Visual checkpoint

The accepted v0.1 intentionally omits the two lower red arcs, raises the scale-start S, keeps the corrected per-scale numeral placement, and applies a restrained old-display softness. ALC, Id, and Vd remain informational labels.

Boundary

This is a preservation and reusable-component follow-up to #3151. It does not wire the meter into a production face, add commands or control authority, fabricate radio data, or change backend behavior.

Validation

  • 25 focused Vitest cases passed across the component and meter contract
  • changed-file ESLint passed
  • git diff --check passed
  • same-viewport source/current/overlay comparison and scoped design QA are included

The PR is draft so the accepted checkpoint cannot be forgotten while avoiding a new expensive CI/review cycle tonight. Mark Ready only when its normal exact-head review and frontend/visual CI can run.
