…art structures (#3) * chore: Helm cleanup, CLI smoke tests, and LLM tool_choice fix. Consolidate deploy values under helm/, archive legacy OpenShift manifests, and remove the admin SPA from the API image while keeping JSON /admin/* routes. Add seed-demo CLI, UK closure smoke test, and forward tool_choice to Llama Stack so MaaS models emit structured tool calls for the ReAct pipeline.
