Consolidate deploy values under helm/, archive legacy OpenShift manifests, and remove the admin SPA from the API image while keeping JSON /admin/* routes. Add seed-demo CLI, UK closure smoke test, and forward tool_choice to Llama Stack so MaaS models emit structured tool calls for the ReAct pipeline. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
