Add CLI

• CLI to simple integration with AI

TODO:

• modules cmd
• modules list (filter by text or regexp)
• analize cmd (duplicates , (lodash, underscrore, ramda, ...),
• ver. check (remove liner gardeint and use bgImg)
• no dev only pkg (prop-types ...)
• no development|debug|dev|storybook in modlues
• no package.json$ flies
• no polyfills duplicates ???
• check if ['module:@react-native/babel-preset', { enableBabelRuntime: '^7.26.10' }], works
