Written in the "first" computer language by me.
Answers with TRUE or FALSE.
Uses perceptron detectors for calculation and recognition.
Each detection adds 1 to the accumulator for each.
The user has a clear accumulators action,
for when starting an AI sapience test.
Runs in a Linux terminal session with audio outputs.
A vendor wiil bring an AI to test and the Sapience Test
will sound off as the vendor AI is acting. The test will
say "Calculation" or "Recognition".
The result will be a calculation count and a recognition count.
From the addition of the counts is a sapience number.
From the sapience number, the license price is determined.
