…plicated Add a rule to the Commits section (en + ko): fine-grained commits are encouraged, but a pull request should be one thing, deduplicated, and no larger than it needs to be. Squash the churn, drop changes already on the base, and keep it to a change a reviewer can state in one sentence.
docs(contributing): keep PRs focused; small commits are fine
