Overview
Bumps the centrally managed dotenv.net package from 4.1.0 to 4.2.0 in
Directory.Packages.props. Test projects that referencedotenv.net(e.g.NRedisStack.Tests) will pick up the new version via central package management.Upstream 4.2.0 adds optional .NET configuration integration; this PR does not change how the repo loads environment variables—only the pinned dependency version.
