Famous open source planetarium.
Although the latest version supporting windows xp is v0.19.0, but in my testing there is always a flashing when tooltip popups disappear. The last version that doesn't have flashing issue is 0.12.x, so I suggest v0.12.9.
For the icon, I didn't find an ico file. So, I downloaded 4 png icons with different sizes (64x64, 48x48, 32x32 and 24x24) and converted to an ico file with
magick stellarium*.png stellarium.icocommand.
