Generator side of deltasignal specs/049, which is pre-registered and has no arm run yet.
LNG_POOL_JOIN_MEMBERSandLNG_POOL_REGEN=protein, both off by default.LNG_POOL_SHARED: off by default. Pools that share an intermediate or step copy both keep it. A shared state is still dropped.carrier_loops.csv: always written, and purely additive. It lists each carrier loopfind_poolsrejects, with its free forms and the in-edges into them from inside the loop. "Closed" means nothing outside the loop feeds the loop.variant_splitnow counts as inside the loop;Tests are in
tests/test_pools.py. The one local failure, Class I MHC intest_network_invariants, reads local output files and fails on main too.Do not merge before the arms are read. Adam merges LNG PRs.
