run_arm.sh: refuse an arm name starting with '-' - #97

`scripts/run_arm.sh --help` started a real arm named "--help" on the current catalog: the name check allowed a leading dash. It now dies with the usage line before anything starts; bench/test_run_arm_guard.py pins it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

scripts/run_arm.sh --helpstarted a real arm named--helpagainst the current catalog (2026-10-09; stopped and its partial output removed). The NAME check allowed a leading dash.-; the refusal prints the full usage line, now including--catalogand--max-edges.bench/test_run_arm_guard.pyruns the script with--help,-h,-xand asserts it exits 1 before starting anything.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
