Summary

The "Start here" page used a two-step <Steps> flow (run npx skills add ravionhq/skills, then ask the agent to deploy). Replaced it with one paste-able prompt that tells the agent to install the use-ravion skill if it isn't already present and then proceed with the deploy:

Deploy this project to AWS with Ravion. If the use-ravion skill is not installed yet, install it first with `npx skills add ravionhq/skills`, then follow it.

Frontmatter description and intro sentence updated to match ("Setup is one prompt"). The link to /agent-skill for plugin/URL install options is kept. Rest of the page is unchanged. pnpm validate passes.
