📁 Projects Page – DevSphereOS

🚀 Overview

The Projects Page is a dynamic and scalable UI module designed to showcase GitHub repositories as a portfolio. It leverages real-time data fetching, modern UI patterns, and performance-conscious architecture to deliver a clean and professional user experience.

This module reflects a production-grade frontend approach, focusing on maintainability, scalability, and visual consistency.

🔌 API Integration

GitHub API Usage

The Projects Page fetches repositories dynamically using the GitHub REST API:

https://api.github.com/users/{username}/repos

Concepts Implemented:

  • Asynchronous data fetching using fetch
  • Error handling with try/catch
  • API response validation (response.ok)
  • Data transformation (filtering, sorting)

Data Handling:

  • Stores repository data as an array of objects
  • Filters out unnecessary repositories (e.g., forked repos)
  • Optional sorting (e.g., by stars or updated date)

### Responsibilities:
