docs: catch README.ru.md up to 2.6.0 (bilingual README rule)#18
Merged
Conversation
Russian README gains the 2.6.0 diagnostics (Changed diff, trial count, verbose shrink trace) and the timeoutMs/budgetMs deadline section that landed only in the English README. AGENTS.md now states the rule: every README change lands in both languages in the same commit.

The 2.6.0 releases updated only the English README. This PR mirrors the diagnostics output (Changed diff, trial count), the PROPERTY_VERBOSE shrink trace and the timeoutMs/budgetMs deadline section into README.ru.md, and records the rule in AGENTS.md: the README is bilingual — every change lands in README.md AND README.ru.md in the same commit. Docs-only, no release needed.
