Updates the generated DocPull bundle to the immutable v6.5.4 release. This adds actionable handling when the executable is missing or shadowed by a non-executable path.\n\nValidation:\n- node scripts/sync-plugins.mjs --check\n- plugin-creator validation for all four bundles
