Summary

pin the DocPull marketplace bundle to immutable release v6.5.3
include the product-owned missing-executable launcher
load the focused activation prompt within Codex's 128-character host limit
update the preferred pipx prerequisite

Validation

node scripts/validate.mjs
node scripts/sync-plugins.mjs --check
plugin-creator validation for all four bundles
missing-executable launcher returns the exact pinned setup command
