Set generic AGENT_ATTRIBUTION_* defaults for PTY-wrapped child CLIs so queue-mediated agents can attribute work to the wrapper, project, and agent session. Also document the new environment defaults in the README. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
